On August 7, 2024, Kristensen Law Group filed a Class Action Complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts against M&M Transport Services, LLC. for the data breach. The case number is 1:24-cv-12042 and was assigned to Hon. Leo T. Sorokin. Kristensen Law Group filed the case with out co-counsel, Ellzey & Associates, PLLC.
M&M Transport Services, LLC (M&M) announced that it was subject to a cyberattack on June 30, 2024 that allowed the hackers to access M&M’s systems included files with the following: “name, date of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license information, I-9 information, and/or passport number.
